Health Reading & Computer Training Camp

Access Knowledge Africa was proud to be one of five libraries selected by the Uganda Community Libraries Association to host a Health Reading and Computer Training Camp. Funding for these camps was generously provided by EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries). The camp took place last week and was a success. Off-Site Training Initiative

The management team at Sir Appollo Kagwa Secondary School recently approached our organization to request assistance in their computer lab.  The school was fortunate to receive a donation of computers from a Uganda government partner; however, the teachers were not provided with any training. This meant that the computer lab was not being utilized to its full potential.
